NOTE - 
  • The institute has stated that no Personal Interviews were conducted for offering admissions to the batch of 2021-2023. 
  • Thus, using the composite score calculation formula released by the institute, a direct shortlist for admission was generated as per the available candidate pool who had filled in the application form to the program.

NOTE - 
  • The figures given for each category in the above table represent the total candidates who were extended the final offer of admission by the institute.
  • Thus, the numbers are a sum of the students in the merit list, buffer calls (if any are given by the institute), and the waitlist movement.
  • Also, as per the institute, there was no waitlist issued for the MBA admissions of the batch 2021-2023. Thus, the institute released the shortlist with buffer converts.

      IIFT is one institute that generally does not even honor RTI's. I have still filed one though and shall post the data as soon as I receive it. Thanks :)

      Hi Rohit.
      The call would depend on what other converts you have for the season. Please ping me with that part as well. Meanwhile the reports are always inflated but SME has not done it too much. Seems the institute placed really well due to IIT tag and alum connect. So yes you can take admission if you want. A very good institute :)

    Sir I've converted IIT Jodhpur and the last date to confirm my admission is 24th of this month and I've been waitlisted at IIM Sambalpur at 53(ews) and IIM Bodhgaya 96(ews).what should I do

      Hello.
      Depending on what is the cancelation policy, I would suggest you pay the booking amount and get your seat booked for safety. Once you convert Sambalpur or Bodhgaya you can always cancel the same by paying a minimal cancelation fee. This is the best option I feel. Thanks and Congrats :)

    Sir, will the average placement of IIT jodhpur increase in the next 2 years down the line..? If yes I can possibly think of joining this B-school

      Hello.
      As far as I am seeing, IIT Jodhpur is going to do great in the upcoming years. Also, being in IIT you get to leverage the additional network of alumni's though new IIT's might not have the expansive network that old ones have. But you can give a serious though of joining SME as it will definitely grow well. Thanks :)

    Sir, are you sure about the average placement shown this year because I am a student from SC category and I really want to join an IIT because it provides me a better ROI then IIMs..Should I join...?
