NOTE - 
  1. IIM Shillong does not take in NC-OBC reservations, and thus the other (OT) category is a combination of Open plus NC-OBC.
  2. It took an entire year to provide the data for IIM S as the institute was not willing to part data. I thought it is important to inform everyone that I had to file a complaint with the Central Information Commission and post the hearing, this data was provided to me. The entire process took more than 1 year hence the delay in providing this data for IIM Shillong.

    It's seriously concerning to hear that institutes such as the IIMs are reluctant to be transparent. Anyhow, kudos to your work! Much appreciated.
    Could you please post an article to help us understand the process to file a RTI request?

      I know this lack of transparency is the sole motive of why I run this blog. And thanks for your words. I am happy candidates found this blog useful. And in relation to filing of RTI, I shall definitely create a post so that more candidates come to know of their rights. Thanks :)

      Hey.
      I have filed a query to the central information commission as the institute does not respond back to even official queries. Hence, it might take some time to get it as the hearing goes ahead as per the legal schedule. Thanks :)
